Dunbar out for at least six weeks

Glasgow centre Alex Dunbar has successfully undergone knee surgery at BMI Ross Hall Hospital and faces a period of at least six weeks out.

The Scotland international injured his right knee in Glasgow's victory over Cardiff Blues earlier this month.

Loosehead prop Oli Kebble does not require surgery on a foot injury sustained on his home debut against the Ospreys.

Kebble, who arrived from South African side the Stormers this summer, will have the injury conservatively managed and is expected to be out of action for 10-12 weeks.

Hooker Fraser Brown (ankle) is back in full training ahead of this Friday’s game against Treviso at Scotstoun.

Elsewhere, Jonny Gray (wrist), Stuart Hogg (shoulder) and Adam Hastings (thigh) are making good progress recovering from their respective injuries.
