Leicester fly-half George Ford is already targeting the scalp of reigning Premiership champions Exeter Chiefs, who they host this Saturday.
Ford is looking for the Tigers to back up the first away win of the season when they return to Welford Road to take on an in-form Exeter side.
Tigers held the lead four times at the Twickenham Stoop before holding their nerve to complete a 31-28 victory over Harlequins on Saturday.
Ford was pivotal to the win, kicking the winning points with a penalty six minutes from time, and he praised his team-mates for their efforts.
"Giving teams like Quins a two-try start to the second half was always going to be a bit of a mountain to climb for us," he told Leicester Tigers Roar. "But fair play to the boys, we held our nerve, stayed calm and stuck to what we’re good at.
"We managed to get ourselves back in the game. It was only a 10-point advantage to Quins and the game can change very quickly. It’s great to get the win.
"It’s very hard to win games in the Premiership and get a run going. That will be a big focus for us this week. It’s great to win at Quins, of course it is, but we need to back it up next week."
